Well, I wouldn't know for sure, but I'd think so...

I've seen rossi do the two handed shield check on the grid before, so I'd say yes...

GP rider McWilliams is quoted here that he 'kept getting false neutrals' during the race....so I'd say that's a yes...at least for the Protons..

tech. you could get a false neutral without haveing an actual neutral gear. But yes they do have neutrals.
