Taping the races/online download

Would anyone be willing to tape the races for me, or know of anyplace that I can download them? Unfortunately my Sunday schedule doesn't allow me to be in front of a TV. I really don't want to miss this season.

I'll pay for the tapes/service. PM me if you'd be willing to do this, thanks.

i signed up for the welkom race to see what the online stuff was like, grabbed all the decent links for others to enjoy. 2 of these will have been posted up there no doubt.. ps the mms links are streamed and i havent found a way to actually download those yet so youll be needing ze broadband, (dialup might no longer exist where you guys live though so ignore this if need be...

I don't mind taping them for you at all, as I'll be doing the same.

However, do you have space where I can dump the vid onto? Maybe set up a private FTP or something? They're gonna get big.

Let me know. I have Welkom taped and MPGed, (altho not in the best quality.)

Hey billdsl what did you use to get the links so you can download them. I am a subscriber and was looking to actually save the races instead of just watching them myself

Switch that mms address with the other address they use for the smaller clips. Just keep the ###/######.wmv part.

I don't know if we should be posting the addresses for anyone to view though. Maybe a fireblades.org section where we can share the links. I payed to view the races, not cool for non .org members to be able to just come and view links for free. Give out the low resolution video addresses, don't slow up the server for people who accually paid for the service. Do what you want, but realize that some of us had to pay for something that is now being given out for free. If the site finds out we're posting it for free, it may **** it up for the paying customers. Just keep it on the down low if your going to pirate something.

Not trying to take anything away, just asking you be careful, PM the addresses or something. It can piss people off to see things handed out that others paid for.

Thanks for the info Nick. I actually just wanted to be able to save them for my own use. I subscribed myself quite hefty a cost but MotoGp is worth the $$
