| Re: Joey Dunlop memorial vandalized Horrible act.
The suspect list would be interesting if they are looking into everyone that he beat on a track. |

| Re: Joey Dunlop memorial vandalized From the BBC article: Quote: |
Sinn Fein assembly member Philip McGuigan said: "Those responsible for the attack on the memorial garden to Joey Dunlop need to reflect long and hard about their actions.
| Reading between the lines I think that the young scrotes that did this might find a couple of IRA members taking aim at their knee caps with a pistol. That'll be the end of their football careers. |

| Re: Joey Dunlop memorial vandalized Joey Dunlop had only one fault regarding his riding career, and that fault was mostly mine. I could never understand a word he said...and that was the fault.
He could handle a motorcycle better than anyone on that course. He owned the IOMTT. He was beyond bravery. (Would anyone of us sanely ride that race on todays bikes knowing there was no runoff on most of the course???)
His spirit and desire spit 'winner' whenever he spoke (when I could understand what he said), and deservedly so.
His motorcycle race record stands forever. He was among the best of the best in motorcycle racing. I was truly saddenend when he died, as were many others,...enough to have funded and erected the memorial so blatantly destroyed.
It is my opinion that whoever did this was not a motorcycle enthusiast. More likely political, religious, envy or any other worthless reason made a dumbass, retarded, bigotted piece of do this.
No matter how you look at it, the scum that did this only affirmed the fact that he, she or they are lower than the maggots that feed on dead horseshit.
If there is a true effort to rebuild the memorial by a nonprofit org, please anybody, let us know. I pledge to donate.
I also volunteer to give a good asswhooping to the juvenile little shits that did this. |

The IOM is on my list of places to visit and J. Dunlop is one of the reasons. One can only hope that these vandals are caught and punished. |

it's sad, because Joey was admired by folks of every political shade in the north of ireland, he was one of those guys everybody loved to love |

| Re: Joey Dunlop memorial vandalized Joey was such a marvelous rider and obviously such a good man that no one could ever do anything to tarnish his name.
He was so superior to the human waste that did this, that the oportunity to reflect on that, in a way, only brings more honor to "yer Man". |
