I did Pridmore's STAR there a few years ago on the 929 - it was scary-fast. Today I was standing at the end of the straight watching when they'd start braking... good grief how do those guys walk with a set that big?? The announcers said the superbikes were hitting high 170s/low 180s MPH and the supersport guys 165-168 MPH at the end-of-straight w/the radar gun. But even more impressive is the corner speed the AMA guys carry, it's just a whole 'nother world.

The races were great. I was corner working in Canada Corner (turn 12) on Saturday. I don't recall having a single red flag for the whole day! Great surface conditions. I think I know the pro line through Canada now! I had a great time watching. I didn't even have to pick up a single bike. A few guys ran off in our turn, but all of them were back out in a few seconds.
