I'm not sure if anyone else got the same results, but from what we saw on TV the final finishing times were the order that they finished the last 6 laps in. WTF? Does that mean all the other laps of the first race mean nothing? Someone has made a serious mistake with this sytem. I think the positions were about right (for the top 3 anyway) 1 Rossi, 2 - Sete, 3-Biaggi...
But, apart from the fact that the also rans really screwed what I thought was the real race (Sete and Valentino), it appears that if Bayles, for example, had won by 0.001 of a second, he would have taken th eoverall lead, even though on accumulative time, he was well and truly out of the running for the lead. Even so, he got 4th, where he really was should have only been fighting for 6th (from memory) Someone made a serious screw up, and I hope this doesn't happen again, because what would have been an awesome race has been spoilt by 6 laps of pure bullshit.
