Re: CE II interviews

Very good read, I love how Colin explains things. He really gives a great perspective into MotoGP life, and how difficult it can be to setup everything. I really didn't realize how much traction control was coming into play, taking a little power away at certain rpms in different gears, just yanking the throttle open. That would be so hard after 26 years of using your wrist as traction control, to learn how to just hold it pinned with the rear end feeling like it is about to pop out from under you. I hope Colin can take a win or two before the end of the season. I think you might see him pushing a little harder, he may still be in a points race for 4th spot, but checkers or wreckers may be a good option for someone who wants the top spec machinary next year. If he gets a win this year, he will get a top 3 spec bike for next year, they have to. And if there is a Laguna round next year Colin would be a favorite to win the championship. At least things are looking up for him, for a while it was pretty hard to watch him bringing up the rear like he was in the first half, CE is not a 5th place rider.

If nothing else that guy really likes to tell it how it is.

Hopefully he stays on pace after the last race

Re: CE II interviews

Well it looks like they have the chatter prob fixed, and he can really ride the front now like he likes to do. Many said that the new surface at Donny was the helping factor, but it really had nothin' to do with it after reading that. I think we'll see him up front a whole lot more now........which is where we're used to seein' him and where we all knew he would be. Go Ice C.
