| Re: Sepang GP [SPOILER] Well Rossi did the obvious, rode a hell of a race.
Hayden rode well as well, he was limping back into the garage, his injuries still nagging him.
Pretty uneventful considering we all knew Rossi would walk away.
Edit: I hope they show Rossi pushing the broom in front of his M1 on Speed, fargin hilarious, that guy is a heckler.
Baketech should be proud, obviously a joke at last weekend in Qatar.

Baketech should be proud, obviously a joke at last weekend in Qatar. | Pretty boring race, actually. There's just noone that can consistently challenge Rossi. Repsol should fire both riders, they've taken like 8 out of last 10 titles or something, this season they propably won't score a single victory. Barros should retire and Hayden, how long will they provide the equipment for this kid "to learn this stuff"? Until he is 30? WTF, it though they were a racing team and not a kindergarden. Put him into satellite for a year or two to see if he can even compete with his teammate. Gresini seem to have consistency nailed down, their boys seem shine or stink together nowadays. Honda needs to put some new talent into best bikes and best tires, say Tamada and Vermeulen (pretty much only consistent/fast Honda rider this year in any series) to Repsol Honda. If yammie can find another consistent rider for next year it will be even less rosy for Honda.
Sorry for wenting, this just happens to be a bad year for a one with "Honda for life" attitude After working all night and then fighting to wake up to follow live brodcast, damn. |

Baketech should be proud, obviously a joke at last weekend in Qatar. | Rossi was on rails like he showed in QP so that was a given
Hayden did good considering he was limping around afterwards
Loved on the cool down lap how sete held up to congratulate Rossi and he just looked ahead and ignored his existance. There is a permanent hate relationship
And the part where he broke out the broom cracked me up |

Oh and RRWANTR............. Pay up BIATCH!!!!! Cha Ching! | Hayden did damn well, all things considering. The Repsol team had a better setup than some of the other Honda riders. Nicky rode in pain, and did damn well. This was the finest race for him IMHO, in GP thus far. They had something behind them, because Zombieboy was up front for a while today, with good lap times and he is a has been.
The Americans, in general got screwed. Hopkins is damn fast, and keeps having one problem after the next. He was so pissed when the Suzusucki ****ed up on him. If he can get a decent ride next year, he'll be good. He has finally earned world respect from the twit journalists. Maybe that Faster movie helped Over the last 4-5 races, he has proven he can ride. |

| Re: Sepang GP [SPOILER] I agree about Hopper. He's shown flashes of greatness from time to time, and remember that he was often the highest scoring 500cc two stroke after the rule change. He's good, but needs support. Nakano, imagine what he can do with a reliable machine?
One thing I hated to watch was Sete going backwards. I really didn't think he was the kind to settle, he totally did. I know that they both (Sete and CE) had chatter all weekend, but I really thought he would ride through it as he has so much this year. The title is Rossi's at Phillip Island for sure. |

Help me everyone. How come you never here about chatter from any other riders than the Telfonica Honda team? I am in no way bashing either rider. It just seems like that is all they say. Are the factory Honda machanics the only ones who knows how to set the bike up? I understand that the factory Honda riders get the primo parts first. But I would think that even if there are other teams that ride Honda, HRC would not keep good parts to themselves. They (the other teams) are in essance promoting Honda racing by riding these machines.
I have no idea what goes on behind the scenes of cycle racing. This is my first year of watching. It has been a very exciting venue. I am just trying to understand the politics. |

I never hated CE, but I do hate it when people ram him down our throats as the best rider there is or ever was. And every time he shows a bit of what he is capable of, his groupies start up all over again. Gettin' to where you go to the CE threads for comical relief.
Where did the chatter come from?
Did they take CE's new toy away from him?
Or is it that everyone else around him is getting healthy?
Sook? Anyone?

Actually, I think the Evil HRC hit the remote control chatter button....it actuates the HSRI (Honda Servo Resonance Initiator) that is integrally cast into the headstock of the Honda chassis...
It's their way of controlling who wins and who loses....keeps their upstart riders from getting to the "pointy end" without HRC approval....

Funny how every "internet expert" has said that this year's Honda is unadjustable POS lacking this or that. If not for Rossi, all these people would be saying how boring it is that there are just the superior RCV's at the front. There are 5 Hondas in top-6 in the championship, so I quess it must be real a piece of ****. Honda/RCV is just missing one thing it did have last year and that's a superior rider. If there are three stables full of riders expecting HRC to give them parts that automatically mean podiums/title Rossi will have no trouble scoring 5th next year. Hayden and Tamada are the only one's showing right attitude, if not enough consistency (Tamada) or speed (Hayden). Well, history will remember the n-times winner and the losers/excuses will be forgotten. Who were Agostini's main competition and what were their excuses? |

| Re: Sepang GP [SPOILER] Rossi and JB did something right with the RCV. In the beginning of the season, all the riders were on Rossi's spec bike from last year. I don't remember the other rider times, but I do know that Nicky and Colin were faster on that bike, than they were all this weekend in Sepang. I think they would have been better off all year on that bike than the one they've ridden. |

Sook? Anyone? | I just think you take things the wrong way or sounds like your feelings get hurt when we get stoked that the American is on the box.
Comic relief is the Repsol riders getting spanked all year by Satellite teams |

It wasn't a boring race, just wish there was a real challenge to Rossi's brilliance - when Biaggi came in second, I never thought he'd have a real chance of catching him either.
Also upset that Sete appears to have gotten the tire choices wrong. Arg. |

Finally it was a welcome return for Colin Edwards to his cosy mid-field finish. The 'Texan Tortoise' had been looking strong after his excellent last showing in Qatar but was not to be outdone by his team mate again this time and was clearly able to shout the word "chatter" louder and more often than Gibernau. Excellent.
