CE to Yamaha

Just picked my jaw of the ground, watching live interviews from PI. Daryl Beattie speaking to CE and yep, said he's of to Yamaha as Rossi's teammate in 2005!
Said that Yamaha went after him, they wanted him and that's something he never felt at Honda, and to ride a factory bike is what he's about now.
So there you have it a .org exclusive CE to ride factory Yamaha next year with Rossi!

Wow, no way. Odd. Seems like the house of cards that Honda has built is shifting like the leaning tower of Pizza?

So? Wonder if the chatter excuse is transferrable across manufacturers?

Re: CE to Yamaha

Edwards will get his wish for an adjustable bike in the Yamaha. He's a great development rider, so let's hope he gets a crew that knows what to do and listens to him.

Honda's position to challenge for the world title gets weaker with every rider like Colin that they let slip away.

Re: CE to Yamaha

The deal was that if Rossi won the title, then his team mate would have the same parts as Rossi next year. If he didn't, it'd be X amount of rounds away from when Rossi got them. Rossi won, and so they'll have the same parts at the same time. Honda are really bending over and reeming themselves with a damp rubber glove dipped in sand. They do it every time they lose a Doohan or Rossi etc. Next year they'll develop the bike to a standstill and suk ****. They deserve it. Barros is a yes man and is that greatful for the ride, he'd say yes if the bike only ran in reverse, and Nicky ain't the type to speak up and say "Your bike is crap". So backwards they go, and ignore what a rider like Colin would do with the bike. Colin was promised alot of stuff by Honda at the start of the year, and the delivered fuk all of what they said they would, so now he's gone. Bring on 2005. Yamaha 1, 2.............who cares about the rest.?
