| Honda has screwed themselves http://speedtv.com/articles/moto/motogp/13861/ Quote: |
Gibernau, who won four races last year riding for the “satellite” Telefónica Movistar Gresini Honda team, has public ally demanded not only equal machinery but also direct input into the development of the 2005 RC211V.
| Wow, didn't know that, I guess he is fed up with the politics as well. Quote: |
Last year, for the first time in modern racing history (since the abandonment of the four-stroke NR500 project in 1981), the factory Honda team did not win a single race in the premier class.
| Sounds like the Repsol squad need someone capable of winning a race. Quote: |
Outgoing Telefónica Movistar Gresini Honda rider, Colin Edwards, now Rossi´s teammate in the Gauloises Yamaha team, said in Valencia, “I’m glad to be out of all that. Honda have gotten themselves into such a tangle with their sponsors that I don’t know if they will ever get free. There is so much politics and commercial stuff going on over there!”
| Sounds like more excuses right? |

I'm sure you also know that HRC thinks GP is theirs, they see the series as their own, if they lose one year, it's like someone stole something from them and they have to get it back. They hate losing that title more than anything. And yup, their sales won't be as good with Yamaha winning another title. Win on Sunday, sell on Monday right? They are screwing themselves (HRC) because their plan of action for GP sucks, they are tripping over themselves. I find it funny because mighty red just keeps screwing up, time and time again since Rossi left. The Rockstar finished 2nd this year, he should get the parts, the support, and the development clout. Gib is having to resort to fighting with them to get his due, and I agree he's earned it. So yeah, in GP, they have screwed themselves, poor decision after poor decision. They'll lose next year again, unless the corporate strategy is for one of their mighty 6-7 riders to ram Rossi off the track into early retirement |

| Re: Honda has screwed themselves just as it said in the article, Honda has to do what Yamaha did, take all decisions away from the sponsors and take charge of ****. Honda won't win again as long as Rossi is on a non-honda (well basically only the Yamaha or maybe Duc cause the other bikes just suck way too much ass even for him to be on top with them)

Different cultures have different methods...to understand it, you have to embrace it. You can't always assume that people think the way you do...
I hope for your sake, that you never work for a Japanese company. I could see you spinning out and spending some time in a rubber room....
