| WSB *Spoiler* Mmmmm. We didnt do too well
Corser and Kagayama stole the show, 05 Gixer seems to walk the walk. 999 couldnt match the speed even with a slipstream! Laconi did well and I think Toseland didnt wake up until midway through race 2. Vermulen highest placed CBR but they did seem to struggle. Bostrom didnt even make the points. R1 looks strong.
I put all this down to a new track........ I hope!
5 weeks still Phillip Island, cant wait. |

| Re: WSB *Spoiler* I called corser pulling the double, but a 1, 3 will have to do I suppose. Kagayama did one better with is 2, 1 though...
Don't have any indication if the race was close or not. Anyone know? |

| Re: WSB *Spoiler* Corser was way ahead in race 1 (4secs), race got stopped due to rain???? Re start on aggregate times. Corser still flew it!
Race 2 Kaga san by a mile, Corser slowed by front tyre problems, so laconi went into ballistic mode but still only got 2nd. 7 way race for 4th but they had no chance of catching the top three. |

| Re: WSB *Spoiler* it's not "new" suzukis IMHO. IMO, its corser (and kagayama). he's been the class of the field since 2003, just been with FPR which I'm sure in hindsight, was a bad choice for him...
Front tire problems huh? Sucks for him, otherwise a double win to start the season. When corser is "on", he's unstoppable... (anyone remember him on the mille in 2000/2001?) |

| Re: WSB *Spoiler* Nah, I think "front tyre"problems is more saving face. I saw the race, and while Yukio was 2nd in race 1, I think a change made for race 2 saw him up the pace. Maybe Troy's trye didn't last like the 1st race etc, but I think Yukio is gonna be hard to stop.
CV and the CBR1000RR did pretty wel considering the only testing time they've had , him and Mugga's were sick and it rained etc. PI they'll do heaps better. The Duc I rekon will only get worse once the others get their bikes sorted.
How f'kin fast were the Ten kate boys in WSS though? Fujiwara will walk away with it if this round is anything to go by. |

| Re: WSB *Spoiler* Crash, Fujiwara stalled off the start, and ended up lap one in about 15th or something, while Charpentier just pissed right off into the sunset. Then with about 5-10laps to go, I was thinking "fuk, Fuji might get 2nd here, which is fukin awesome for what happened", but no, he gets into 2nd, and then hunts down Charpentier, and then clears out from him as well. hahaha Fukin awesome. |

I'm gonna have to wait about two weeks before they even show a 10 second blurp on Greg's Gargage. Sounds like a real sweet race. Thanks for sharing |

Saw Shawn Giles and Co testing the 05 Gixxer at Eastern creek the weekend B4 last, heard a few different reports of the 05 gixxer putting out 176HP at the rear wheel in stock trim (saw one Dyno Chart that had it at 179HP at the rear wheel, not just HP king again but apparently the whole package is awsome! Schwantz reeled off a1:37 lap of EC on a bone stock gixxer at the launch.
Ps Corser is still a force to be reckoned with, he will be having a good crack at it this season now hes on decent machinery!
MM has tipped him to take the title |

| Re: WSB *Spoiler* JB, latest amcn has it dyno'd at about 165 or something, but Roly (guy in my avatar) was out there on his CBR1000RR and he said they (Gixxers) were fukin fast. Won't know just how fast until the first race is run I suppose. As for WSBK, I think Yukio will have it over Troy this year, and CV has had FA time on that bike testing and will only get better. You saw the Ten Kate missiles in SS, they won't be far off in sbk either. It's one thing have 11tykazillion h.p, it's another being able to use it, especially with the Pirelli's etc. It could quite well be that at manytracks, they'll be struggling for drive while others are "seeming" to be faster because of having less power. But time will tell. |

| Re: WSB *Spoiler* Hey Sook I was at wakefield Park on Sunday and saw Rolly on the CBR1000RR
watching him back it into turn 1 at the end of the main strait was bloody awsome! with the rear wheel chirping loudly and hanging it out that far I was sure he was heading for a huge highside, but he just kept doing it lap after lap
I was there with a mate of mine whos bike I prepare (Steve Manning #34 04 R1) and he came 7th overall in the superbikes in his first race ever! So hope fully he'll be right up there after a few more races
By the way what sort of HP is Rolly's CBR1000RR putting out? it sounded pretty strong and looked like a bullet down the strait and also spinning up pretty hard going up the hill after exciting turn 1/2

That way Speed can get back to showing programs people really want to see, like truck racing and the ever popular trailer trash testimonials from jasper the redneck.
