Hayden was leading for the almost the first half of qualifying....then the Q's came on and slowly dropped to fifth. Rossi was in eighth until about ten minutes left then just dropped the bomb. Colin looks really comfortable out there, he led for a short time until Rossi took pole. Conditions were dry, we'll see if it stays that way.

Rossi is the only one that can put in consistent lap times throughout the entire race. Those guys can put in a few fast laps and a few slower ones.... that's the difference.
