He's been trying to help Suzuki develop something worthwhile and gets nothing in return. I'd bet if he had jumped ship when Sete did he'd be holding his own. Sete was a piss-poor B-rate on that bike compared to Kenny, and look how his career turned around.
Could he still do it? I think he may have a good season or two left in him on a decent team, but he may just be coasting and collecting checks at this point. I think that situation has just flat broken his spirit.
