IMO, I think this is a load of crap. Erion is (arguably) one of the best support squads on the grid and are consistantly getting spanked by others of the like ie- Attack, etc, and even some more traditional privateers.

Kletus is such a freakin' tool. We though Mladin was a whiner?!?! This dude takes the cake.

Do you really think you know what is going on at Erion? I don't. He's a whiney guy, but the CBR1000 has been subpar in the US.

That Erion "superbike" really is a pile of uncompetitive ****.

No you are correct. I don't know ****, and I should talk like I do. They've been successful in the past, and I (maybe falsly) assume that they have the potential to continue that. The CBR1000 has been a big let down. IMO, on the street and at the race track (cue Trackho). But seeing as they are essentially on equal ground w/ Am Honda guys I would expect all three, be that Zemke, Mig, and Kurt-ass, to be close to each other in the results.

I just don't believe that the Erion squad is suffering b/c of the mechanics, or management. Except for the management that hired Kurtis.

HD

PS- Kurtis was really nice to me in the paddock at Mid-Ohio in 2003, so I am a fan and would like to see him do well. But man, how many guys would kill for his seat?!?!

Re: Kurt-Ass

i agree that Kurtis is a little on the edge, well alot !! but i think he would be up there if he could. the honda is just not up to it this year. If Jake and Miguel can't do it on the honda Erion is in real trouble.
I'm curious why in WSB the Honda seems to do better. Its the Suzuki show this year for sure, in WSB and AMA.

There's been a huge number of changes in how Honda is developing and racing motorcycles here, I think we've seen some of their pain very publicly.

Kurtis is a talented racer riding a pig. That's a tough deal.

Honda doesn't like losing or being humiliated (DNF's, for the maker who most prides itself on reliability!), let's see how things change.

Re: Kurt-Ass

I doubt Erion runs a superbike next year. I wouldn't be surprised to see Kurtis on a Jordan Suzuki.
