| Qatar MOTOGP Spoiler Very tight , competitive race. That little **** Rossi is the best I've ever seen.
Melandri was on his rear wheel at the end, but only after a mid-race moment in which Marco cut Rossi off and nearly took his front wheel. paybacks.
Hayden was riding his ass off, going faster than he had all weekend, now has the lap record.
The big story was that Gibernau was leading by as much as 3 seconds for half the race, and when Melandri passed Rossi and showed Sete a wheel, he rode across the gravel trap and headed across the desert like Lawrence of Arabia.. totally cracked.
They didn't even show his girlfriend this time. If she's still willing to be seen with him in public...

Was a great race. Nicky needs the endurance for sure. When he's up top can hang but when the boys turn up a notch, he can't go with them. Great race though. You know Michael Bolton was either gonna take two positions with him or take himself out of contention when he he pulled another assclown move.. so I never doubted Nicky on the box.
I was really disappointed by CEII. He looked set to prove us all wrong, but he was at least up there this time and was a much higher placing "Also Ran" than previous races. |

"I'm so happy to be to be on the podium today. Before the race things weren't going to plan. In the morning warm-up we were so slow and were in real trouble. My guys made some changes and I have to be real grateful to them as they got it right and that's why I got third. The bike was so much better in the race than it had been all weekend - so much faster. The Michelins were brilliant - so much grip! I got an awesome start. In turn one my buddy Sete ran into the back of me again but I stayed on. In the race I just hung on in there. I wasn't sure I was going to make it back but I'm here. I was pushing so hard to stay with the lead group and there were some pretty scary moments. It wasn't pretty with Sete running off but I'll take the result the way the weekend was going."

Thisis why Rossi is still the best rider. Rossi knows what changes need to be made, Nicky had to hope his team made the right ones. Hopefully, in time, he will learn.
Great race, there was a huge cheer when Sete went off track.
