I especially loved the part where he sat up on the cowl and shoved his love-buns in the camera

Ya what's with the ass-cam? Not really the most exciting perspective of the race. Then again, that's what all the other riders see, Rossi's boney buttocks.

Re: Valencia GP [SPOILER]

Great race for sure, and I think next year is going to be great.

Would've been great to see Nicky push a little sooner, but it is what it is, and he had a great year. I'm really curious who'll take Biaggi, if anyone, and will Casey Stoner get the call from Pons!

Let the fun begin for 06

I'm not so sure Nicky really has what it takes to overtake, and lead to the finish. Plus I think Nicky still had memories of past crashes.

Didn't Melandri say during his post race comments that he actually "slowed down to have Nicky lead for awhile"? If I heard right, that sounds like Nicky didn't want to take the lead role and would try his luck at passing during the last lap.

I didn't see Melandri actually "fall" during his burnout, I saw mobs of fans grabbing him and his bike, that might have had something to do with him dumping it. Did you see the onboard camera? Just crosses the finish line, starts to celebrate, slows down and boom, there's fans grabbing the bike, him, etc.

It was still a very good race by the top three. Rossi from 15th position to 3rd! Nicky still ran very well. Nice race to end the season.

He said that he thought about letting Nicky pass, but changed his mind because it might be too difficult to pass him back. THat's what I gathered from his broken english anyway.

Ya I thought Hayden was probably a little low on confidence from past crashes.

Year 1: Nicky is a NTAC who doesn't deserve a GP ride

Year 2: Nicky is an AC who always fades at the end and is lucky to be in the top 5

Year 3: Not sure Nicky has what it takes to pass for the win.

Year 4: ???

On his "B" bike after a major get off. Rossi on a bike with minimal set-up is still better than his team-mate. 4th in points because he finishes every race. Just like a turtle, slow and steady....

Re: Valencia GP [SPOILER]

Just out of curiosity, who does the commentary on your broadcasts?

We get the MotoGp on two channels, Eurosport and BBC2.
BBC2 in my opinion is the better of the two, with Steve Parrish and Carl Cox (an Aussie) doing the race commentary and Suzy Perry doing the pre and post race interviews (very good too, knows her stuff).
