| Re: *SPOILER* World Superbike When are they gonna upgrade their shitty-at-best broadcast technology? That euroland technology is worse than some ten year old AMA races I recorded on videotape from the T.V.
If the racing weren't exciting to watch I wouldn't be able to stand watching this crap. It's far worse than any mp3 recording.
Colors washed out, frame rate horrible and distorting every view as they come across the scene, blurry. It's just plain horrid. I've seen better quality video from home camcorders in the early nineties.
Seriously, get with the friggin' times. Seeing Olympic coverage on NBC back to back with this is beyond a joke. |

| Re: *SPOILER* World Superbike Oh man, if these races are a sign of the season.... WSBK will be the series to watch.
Bayliss is my pick, but I have to hand it to JT. First ride on the Honda and he's almost up to speed. |

| Re: *SPOILER* World Superbike Absolutely awesome start to the season! Bayliss was riding his ass off, and as I expected, Toseland is already looking great on the Ten Kate Honda. The Yamahas got great starts in both races, but the Haga-induced crash in race one was a bit of a shame. I hope the whole season is like this. |

| Re: *SPOILER* World Superbike Actually met James Toseland a couple of times and I can honestly say he is the nicest of young men. First time was at Silverstone when he was on the Harris SP1 in BSB. He was a real youngster then. My pal Fast Eddy and I blagged our way into the pit lane/garages and just sort of wandered about. JT was charming, down to earth, easy going.
Met him again a couple of years later at the NEC bike show. He was just walking past as we were on the Honda stand. He stopped and had a natter. Top bloke.
His rise through the ranks was all on Hondas of some sort. Won the CB500 cup (one make National Chamap competition. Honda than got on on the 600 and then into WSS. They were furious and bitterly disappointed when he jumped ship to Ducati. He's finally come home! |

| Re: *SPOILER* World Superbike Good to see some type of two-wheeled racing back on TV. I was rooting for Bayliss to pull off that pass in race 2. Happy to see Toseland take the win in race 1 even though it was "given" to him. The Yammies are lookin good as well. |
