He would have no muscles to manuever himself. | I'm 5'10-5'11 and 125-130# (male). No chance it's anorexia and unlikely he's a weakling. I've raced bicycles over the years (and done really well) and even built thin like this it's pretty easy to develop a high power density in your muscles. Without the density, power of those muscles has little to do with size. I can develop strength with some work, but I never develop volume. |

It's the same with Drag Racing. If you find pics of Mikey Slowe, Rickey Gadson, etc they all look like horse jockeys. |

(at my lightest 6' weight, around 120-125) If Rossi is small framed like me, I can see how he does it. A diet and exercise routine to maximize power and minimize mass is totally doable, just different from the norm.
I was up to 185 or so in Jan, but haven't done the gym in about 6 weeks...I'm back down to about 173. I went to the gym for years without gaining weight...it all came down to diet. When I got serious about getting over 100G of protein a day, and eating more healthy I put on size and strength better than I ever had (though still slower than others). |

| Re: I thought I was little and skinny It's all about input vs output. If you are eating 2500 calories per day and only burning 1500, you're getting bigger. When I was in a bit more serious mood about all of this, I was doing 1800 calories a day and burning 2300. According to my doctor, I was running in the 9% TBF range and although I got the lecture about being too thin, I could still do 3 sets of ten benching my body weight without breaking a sweat and could run one hour endurance stints in the saddle all day long.
Unfortunately I'm running on 1 cylinder these days and can't do the 1 hour sessions any more, but I still have pretty good strength. |

Dude could work out constantly to bulk up and he just never did. Strongest skinny guy I have ever met! His body just wasn't built like that. My bro on the other hand can get huge with little effort. |
