They have both low-res and hi-res versions available. The hi-res looks pretty good to me. I'm not much of a computer wiz, so take that into consideration -- but I haven't been able to figure out a way to save the vids since they re-configured the website a few months ago. Someone smarter than myself probably could.
As for viewing on the TV, I have a wireless network setup for my laptop, and DSL web connection. So I can have the laptop plugged into a video input at my A/V receiver, via an S-video cable and an audio adapter for my iPod that converts the headphone port on the laptop to a standard analog audio L/R RCA-jack that will also plug into the front audio input at the receiver.
This gives a picture and audio that is as good as the standard TV signal I get on Speed TV, IMO. From the comfort of my sofa in the living room.
Also, I got longer cables for the A/V hookups to the receiver, so the laptop can sit next to me on the sofa. That way I can watch the live video on the TV, and have the lap timing displayed on the laptop for a pseudo-dual-screen setup. Quite nice.
