| Re: Doctor, Tornado, Kentucky Kid Video I got my copy today and watched it tonight.
It's really, really good. Not quite as slick as Faster, but great detail of every aspect leading up to, and during, the USGP of 2005. Very cool to be able to watch it with the race coming up this weekend, as I really have a much better understanding of the track and riders now.
I highly recommend the movie. For anyone that's done trackdays or racing, there are quite a few on-board examples of mistakes we make out there and how we feel about them - how one missed apex or mistake leads to another and so on. Cool stuff! Makes me want to go race or do a trackday right now! |

I guess it will just show up at some point... | Me too, and I still haven't received it even though they billed my cc almost 2 weeks ago. Go to THE DOCTOR, THE TORNADO AND THE KENTUCKY KID and check the FAQ for info. on how to check your order status.

| Re: Doctor, Tornado, Kentucky Kid Video I'm guessing they are going to make a Faster 3 that looks at MotoGP as a whole rather than just a sharp focus on Laguna...

| Re: Doctor, Tornado, Kentucky Kid Video I like when Nicky's dad is responding to those that have ever suggested that he forced his kids to race, and he says something to the effect of:
"I never had to tell them to race. I had to tell them to brush their teeth. I had to tell them to get up and go to school. But I never had to tell them to race." |

When he did that with Faster it pissed me off big time. Those that pre-ordered should have gotten the second part for free when it came out. There should be a reward for pre-ordering things, not a detriment.
When I first read about him doing this movie there was no way I would pre-order. |
