| Re: Phillip Island results *Spoiler* Nicky is currently sucking it up in 7th spot, turning times slower than in practice.
The top three are 'Stones, but still around practice times.
There's a half hour left, and they'll start throwing on the stickies soon. |

| Re: Phillip Island results *Spoiler* Yup. I sit here waiting for the Michelin riders to start running a Q.
These times are seriously pathetic compared to practice.
Nicky's FP3 time would have him in third right now rather than the 12th spot he's sitting in.
Only a little over ten minutes left. Better start doing something. |

Roberts 4th, Pod starts from the ten spot. |

| Re: Phillip Island results *Spoiler* Wow. Go team Hayden! He continues to surprise me with his consistency and talent.
Remember what I said about Valentino having this race in the bag? I take that back. Didn't Nicky finish a close second to him last year? Maybe this year it'll work out a bit different.
What an awesome championship.
I know I'll be staying up till 2am and paying my 5 Euros to watch this one!!!

Go, Nicky! Determination, boy. | Two weeks ago, they had their choice of champions. Too bad they picked the wrong choice. On the other hand, they may still recover if it isn't too late (with the Ugly American).

Do you hear the black helos outside? They're watching you.
Fargin hilarious. And all this after you guys were shytetalking about the CEII board and their conspiracy theories. What a farking joke.
Nicky's going to have to get some shyte done in warmup as his race setup isn't doing too well it seems (and he admits). Quote:

At Repsol, you have the Spanish Rider/Spanish Sponsor, and Nicky and Pod have been riding close to the same level.
So it's really not that funny.

| Re: Phillip Island results *Spoiler* Does anybody think that if the Haydens really thought Repsol was capable of controlling team orders at HRC that Nicky would even be talking to Honda about continuing the relationship after this year?
Mick Doohan was Repsol team mates with Spanish riders Alex Creville and Sete Gibernau, and didn't feel he was being submarined. There were times when they were close in points, too. Quote: Motorcyclist Online: You have a decent lead in the championship. The main challenge seems to be coming from your teammate Alex Criville. Would you prefer it to be someone else? DOOHAN: No, that makes no difference. Alex is riding really well and I just have to treat him like anyone else. We are in the same team and we have the same sponsors, but that's as far as it goes. We just compete as individuals and try to win each race. He's a young guy trying to get to the top and he's pushing hard and I respect him for that. It drives me as well. It's good to have someone from the team who's working well and the team as a whole benefits as we are both riding fast enough to assess things and improve the bikes.

The fate of his championship is in Nicky's own hands, IMO. |
