The little girlish screams of joy over at ballickers.com is deafening.

Podboy should be reprimanded by the team, but because he's Spanish he won't be. He won't be fined, either. Many in the MotoGP world are happy today.
Elias should have taken out Rossi. He would have been re-upped by Honda for sure.
Why should Pedrosa be fined?...He didn't do anything against the rules, it was a racing incident..you know, like when Gibernau took out Capirossi who took out Melandri at Catalunya!. Or are you only saying that because he's "your boy"?...Would you be jumping for joy if he'd taken out Rossi?...

DP was stupid, no doubt...I think he saw the red mist after NH's pass on him on lap 4 and reacted to it.

If CE took out Rossi, I'd be angry too. Just maybe a tiny bit less. (and the rest of the world would be calling for the Tortoise's head!)

I agree that "this is racing" but taking out your teammate when he's in a championship race is poor form.

Hell, in F1 they actually act like teams and block for each other.

F1 also happens to be the most boring race series ever.

Still can't watch the race but everyone is saying that CE was covering Rossi's ass?

Re: SPOILER Estoril MotoGP

Did you actually watch the crash? Where's the justification for a fine? Absolutely nowhere. Pod wasn't even leaned over to the max. Looks like he caught a peg or something. The pass earlier by Hayden was actually a much "tighter" pass that almost took them both out, but the Hayden butt lovers wouldn't say anything about that little pass with contact made now would they.... Maybe this will get Hayden off his a$$ and actually fight for a win. Can't wait for the next race. Props to Elias!

Hayden's pass was clean, fair and good. Pod's was clearly bad from the get go. There is NO way he was going to make that, but he took out Nicky anyway.
Then again, Nicky haters refuse to see the light anywhere.

Indeed, when WAS the last time Pedrosa screwed it up for Hayden?...

Maybe it will fire up Hayden. Do you think if he had been in Rossi's position fighting with Elias and KRJR and knowing that your nearest competitor was out...do you think that NH would have still gone for the win a la Rossi?....I don't.

Re: SPOILER Estoril MotoGP

I dont care what Hayden haters have to say. It was a dumb move period. Pedrosa and Hayden never really did act like teammates but what a boneheaded attempt at a pass and after what was at stake. I would pay to be in a team meeting just to see the atmosphere. Do they really not like each other?

To answer your question that wasnt the first time pedro made a shitty pass look back at some of the earlier races except then he didnt take him out..If Nicky would have taken pedrosa out with that kinda pass it would still be wrong. When nicky passed him it was a good pass pedro just had to correct his line Nicky didn't have a choice to correct his line no matter what he done he still would have got taken out!!!!So does that answer you question...

Re: SPOILER Estoril MotoGP

It's funny to see out of everyone on this thread agrees that it was a STUPID move by pedro and 2 of you dont agreee. looks like your out # here so..If we are ever on a track and someone pulled a bonehead pass like that and takes me out it wouldn't have to wait to get to the pits to resolve it someone would get a beat down in front of god and everyone and there no championship at stake !!!!

Re: SPOILER Estoril MotoGP

Bad enough Hayden gets a stretch of bad luck but handed to him by a teammate Don't count him out though. Rossi is up 8 point so a Hayden win with Rossi in 3rd means Hayden is champ that is not impossible. To bad Roberts did not get back by Rossi (looked like he had a chance for a moment) as that would have cut Rossi to a 4 point lead.

What a toxic little ****.

If I were Nicky would have beaten him into a puddle of pesto.
I would also be looking to void my contract with Repsol. It would be intolerable to be in the same paddock with that immature, self-absorbed little ****.

OR been taken out by Elias with that slide into turn one. That was some hairy braking. Capirossi backs the Duc in like that. Where has Elias been this year?
