Sounds like more corner speed is the difference...will that bring back the days of the highside....

Increased corner speeds opposed to top speed, of course you're right. I haven't seen trap speeds for the top 800's yet, but I don't think the top end will be a whole lot slower on the courses without gargantuan straights.

Hopefully this will help give all the manufactures' chances at podiums. Kinda of like WSBK. We'll have to see about the Ilmor.

Hate to admit that Bake has precience, but Jeremy McWilliams came off the Ilmor (Ill-More?) and broke his femur and collarbone. Get well, soon, mate.



Edit: The Suzukis still aren't crap.

And this round of the Edwards-Barros dogfight goes to
Colin by 2 100ths of a second.. we'll be watching that epic season-long battle for 6th VERY closely in '07..
