| WSB 08 cbr1000 what the hell happened to the 08cbr 1000..they made up the ass08 half of the field.the R1 & gixxer shined for a minute but the the 1098 was the bike putting down the law.I dont think honda made it in the top 10. | |

 | Re: WSB 08 cbr1000 Carlos Checa was 6th and Sofoglu was 10th i think...in first race i think. yeah, it's not start of the season i hoped for. i think it would be much better if toseland stayed in superbike. |

| Re: WSB 08 cbr1000 The '08 1000RR is a brand new bike. For the first official Superbike test, I believe Ten Kate only had 1 for sure, maybe 2 of the '08s. All the other Honda riders were on last years bikes. I have read that the '08 bike is way better than last years bike. Ten Kate will get them sorted out. We also have all new guys on the bikes. They are behind now because of the lack of seat time before that first race. Just remember, no championship is won in the first corner of the first race. Its a long season... |

| Re: WSB 08 cbr1000 What really sucked regarding that first WSB race weekend, was the Ten Kate teammates both going down at the same time in the SuperSport race! That series is going to be a battle as well! New riders on the Ten Kate 600RRs as well. But lots of talented riders on the CBR. Broc Parkes will be tough on the Yam. I think a Honda will stil take the Championship! Which rider? Who knows? I think Craig Jones... |

| Re: WSB 08 cbr1000 Forgot about that mate,....... yah that was bad!!!!!!!! I'd like Johhny Rea to win it myself but kinda doubt it, its all new to him. James Whitham reckoned he was having a bit of bother getting used to the new bike. Even though its a 600 he's coming from a factory superbike in the British Superbike series. He was used to lots of electronic wizardry, not available on his bike for this year. And I really would love Walker to go well this season.........great rider, great character. |

| Re: WSB 08 cbr1000 honda will do good. like u said they didn't have enough time to get used to new bike and all the new riders both in 600 and 1k. we'll see in next race what will happen. |

| Re: WSB 08 cbr1000 maybe they will reduce something on ducati. now it has 1200 cc displacement. although it's twin it has 200 cc more and the same hp. |
