Does Ducati & Casey Stoner have a problem in 08?

Ok so right at the very start of the season before a race was even run Casey Stoner on board the Ducati looked very much the goods, the first practice round in Jerez (Feb) he looked fast and very much like he was going to run away with it in 08.

Now we are a few rounds in Caseys title defence is looking shaky at best so what has gone wrong? Is he off the pace or is his bike the problem?

I don't think the issue is with Ducati or Casey. Lorenzo, Rossi, and Pedrosa look way too strong for Casey this year. These guys look fired up and hotter than ever before. I don't think Casey has it this year.

He had it at the start of the season and all last year, I suspect all is not well in camp Ducati. It would be interesting to compare his times against last year. Still it is early days yet and plenty of races to go, this season is much more interesting.
