| 2008 Australian MotoGP Results 1.Stoner
2.Rossi
3.Hayden
Whatarace! Casey Stoner lead from start to finish, Hayden rode like a star and only got beaten out of second on the last lap of the race by a fast finishing Rossi who came from 12th on the grid. Amazing. There can be no doubt Nicky Hayden still has some serious speed, maybe just the tyres making the difference in this race. Pedrosa threw it away early on the first lap of the race, Toseland had his chances and rode well.

| Re: 2008 Australian MotoGP Results Unfortunately, Hayden could not hang with Stoner as his tires went off, but it was a great effort. Classic Rossi, making up 10 spots to finish 2nd. The battle for 4th was very interesting as well. With Hayden going to Ducati and Dovizoso taking his Repsol ride, who do you think will fare the best? |

| Re: 2008 Australian MotoGP Results Repsol will be disfunctional at best next year. Where's Danni going to go next year when Bridgestone is the only game in town? I guess he'll just start throwing tantrums in the pits. |

| Re: 2008 Australian MotoGP Results I think Dovi will help spur Dani on, as for Hayden, could be a threat on the Duke next year. Stoner did well this year but I think the overall preasure from Rossi kept Stoner pushing himself, and especially the tyres beyond the limits of the bike's setup. Got to take ya hat off to Rossi, great champion.

Remeber not so long ago Rossi had to change to Bridgestones to get back into the game. You could see Haydens tyres were gone at the end of the race so lets not be too quick to write him off. It's not like the guy is slow, he's got the speed not the setup.

At this level, champions not only need the skills but the ability to read the flow of the game... and some luck of course. Rossi is a true champion. Amazing! |

I agree, Rossi is the best I have ever seen on two wheels. |

Dude, he's going to an Itallian team, not a Japanese team. |
