| Re: CBR1000RR at Daytona Test I think it is interesting that the Bostroms have "swapped". Ben to the I4 and Eric to the twin. They are both wicked fast! I think it says a lot about them. |

Maybe this bike will rock, but I'd hardly say this test proves it. | Well well see, Tigert just got his 600RR, has the 1000RR on the way(Honda is giving him like 4 bikes--Damn)--lets see if he dominates AFM on em (like he did last year)---Sat, he couldnt say enough good thing bout the RR he was breaking in--but then again he is working for Honda R&D |

He also is now club racing on factory bikes...with factory development knowledge.

| Re: CBR1000RR at Daytona Test while these laptimes are impressive - gotta point out tho - will the new honda and duc (and tires) be able to hold together for the whole 200?
also - I remember the same breakdown for the factories for the 200 last year and after the Arceys owned in Flordia (well, Arron could have gotten on the box but...) the Honda wasn't looking so good everywhere else... here's to hoping this year is different!! |

I just came in after turning low 47s, but my bike doesn't have a transponder. It did cook lunch for us, though. |

| Re: CBR1000RR at Daytona Test I just wanted to point out that Ben qualified on pole last year for the Daytona 200 with a time of 1:48.376. They are testing tires with a new, undeveloped bike and Ben is under his pole time. |

| Re: CBR1000RR at Daytona Test I wonder just how hard these guys are pushing the bikes. They're on brand new vehicles with brand new rubber. There's gotta be a little bit of fear in them going that fast on something that new. |
