What's your shipping cost for boots (Say Alpinestar size 45, or Sidi) to Australia?

How does the sizing work, I don't really want to go into a dealership just to try on the boots to tell them I'll be getting them elsewhere. I wear about a size 10 Nike if that helps any. Please email price for the GPS3, SMX3 and the Sidi Vertebra?

I wear a size 10 Nike and my SMX Plus boots were a size 44, my current boots, Sidi Vertebra's are a size 44 as well.

I will confirm that for a size 10 Nike the Sidi Vertebra size 44 is excellent.

I wear a 10 1/2 running shoe adidas, airwalk, and i have an aplinestar smx+ in 45 and it fits perfectly.
