Levers

I am combining group buys because it goes faster. I finished a group buy 2 days ago. Since I posted here we are up to 5 orders between 3 forums.

Nice. I gotta question for anybody that has used these levers. How well does the finish stand up to use? I'd hate to have the finish worn off after one riding season.

I could be in for three sets.

Re: Pazzo Levers Group Buy

Maxib,

I have 2 sets. One is Black with Gold the other is gold with red adjusters. The Gold with Red I have had for 2 summers now and they haven't fadded at all.
11,200 miles on the bike with the levers.

The Black levers I have had for about a year with no fading but this bike is a show bike so its not a fair example.

seamus, I just sent a request to Pazzo asking about the SV650. I willtry to find out if the levers on the SV are the same as any other Pazzo already makes.

If you know what other bikes these levers are on let me know.

If Pazzo doesn't make them my machine shop may be able to make a custom receiver for the SV until Pazzo makes something. We have sone it in the past and we are currently workin gon 5th Gen VFR brake blocks.

CRG levers retail for $175 - $189 a set depending on the retailer.

CRG only has 2 colors.

Actually the brake lever on the 1100XX is identical to the 5th gen VFR. Part number 53170-MAT-E01 I am working on making a custom receiver block for these bikes so that the PAZZO part number F-18 brake side in combination with my part will work on the VFR 5th gen and the 1100XX. I believe the Pazzo H-33 will fit the clutch side of the 1100XX.

I will let you know when I have parts for sale. Should be very soon.

Why are BOS underseat exhausts ~$1500 for a half-system, hard to come by, and LOSE HP on the 929?

Re: Pazzo Levers Group Buy

From a manufacturing point of view there is more time spent on each Pazzo lever than stock levers. Stock levers are cast and poured where Pazzo levers are milled from a single block of aluminum and the machine finish is to a specific tolerance and surface finish to give a smooth feel but they have that machined almost jeweled surface. Each part is then patch anodized and assebled.

Sure the cost to make is probably half of what they retail for but keep in mind OEM stuff is typically more than 3 times what it cost to make.

Example. I just baught a Stator for a 1998 CBR900RR from K&L supply for $97 the Honda retail is $228 and most dealers is more than that. Its the same part.

Re: Pazzo Levers Group Buy

The last time I shipped to Australia it cost an extra $14 U.S.

I can do that if you want. Just count on $14 extra for shipping. I can send it cheaper but it would take 4 to 6 weeks.

Markus is the North American distributor of Pazzo Levers. Markus is based in Canada. Canadian order will drop ship from Markus to Canadian customers. Easier than going through customs.
