They don't need to be changed like stock rubber hoses do sine there silcone race hoses. They also can take higher heat and pressure without bursting. If you look in your owners manual it says that your brake, fuel and radiator hoses need to be changed every 4 years or so.

They make one for the 954 which can be used, I think it may have 1 or 2 hoses that are diffrent but nothign that couldn't be matched up if I had the hoses.
