Re: Stolen CBR 1000RR

Thanks man...me too, but with each passing day my faith and hope is dwindling. My baby is probably getting molested, stripped, and tortured right now and I can't save her cause I don't know where she is. And I had a lojack on there...alot of good that did. I'm sorry

Re: Stolen CBR 1000RR

This isn't a feeling I would want. I hope you can get your bike back. I also hope you had some sort of insurance that will help a little towards another one, if this one doesn't come back.

If you don't stand for something, then you'll fall for anything. The proverbial "trick", is not to follow anyone elses idea of reality. Be an individual. The future belongs to those who prepare for it.

Re: Stolen CBR 1000RR

Hope you get her back and in good condition ..... thieves need to have their knees done in with a powerdrill.

If the bike isn't braking properly, you don't start by rebuilding the engine.

Re: Stolen CBR 1000RR

There are two kinds of people in this world. Some face misfortune or hardship and try to do something about it to save other people from the things they have been through. Others feel like they're the only ones who are being wrong and seek to do wrong to others to better the quality of their lives. Me being a firm believer in the law of attraction, that never works out for the theives in the end. If you never see your bike again, take comfort knowing that someday they could steal from the wrong people and die a death that would wake you out of a hard sleep

Re: Stolen CBR 1000RR

Luckily I had put insurance on it as soon as I bought it. I put in a claim and I'm waiting for them to complete their investigation. Hopefully all goes well and I can get another soon. @ eu4ic1000.. I take great comfort in that in that scenario...thanks!

You mean 4 days old?

Let me clarify for you. This isn't my first bike. I just bought this particular bike. But great news everyone. I guess the police and lojack really do work. They found my bike last night. Damage doesn't look too bad. It looks like they were trying to keep it.

1. The frame sliders have been removed
2. The frame that holds the license plate has been removed
3. The fairings are cracked on the bottom ( How the hell did they do that)
4. My keys don't work. It looks like they've changed the keys for the ignition, gas tank, and trunk.
5. The steering feels looser than I remember
6. I haven't noticed any leaks
