Speedo

Ok heres my issue. I dropped my 929 OEM speedo after I had made a bracket and rewired. I was walking out to install it and was getting ready to put it in the bracket and my attention got caught with something else and it hit the floor. Snapped a few pieces off the board and have yet to find anyone able to repair it.

For the price of a used speedo I could buy something alot smaller and much easier to mount. I like the Koso ok, and the vapor style is ok.

How much of a PITA is it going to be to rerun a new speedo and make it work? Im not the best with ele. but capable. I wouldnt mind opening up the OEM harness again and loosing some more wires and that OEM plug and making everything smaller and easier to route.
