turbo advice?

hey there! i was wondering if anyone had run a turbo on their bike and could offer me some advice on how involved this would be. i have a 2001 929, and i have done turbos on cars so i have turbos and tubing and such lying aroung my place so i figure i might as well look into it. i can do the manifolds and oil lines and what not, but i was wondering what kind of boost (if any) the stock pistons can take i wouldnt be looking at more than 5-10 psi. also, would modifications to the ecu be necessary? thanks for your help!

Re: turbo advice?

I'm bolting a tubby on my spondon

I'm on carbs...apparently is way easier with Fi...

I'll be running between 6 an 9..possibbly 7 or 8psi

if you can do cars...its the same concept really

I'm going blow thru rather than draw thru
