Thanks for the review Chain. I've only seen one around here so far, but then again it hasn't stopped raining for the last 2 months so there hasn't been much time to ride

Great review Chain. I've read all of the moto-rag reviews of the new Gixxer, and they're all falling over themselves to declare it king of the sportbikes (which it may be), but it's great to get the perspective of a 'Blade rider for an actual straight-up comparison. I think I'm just biased toward Hondas (even though I've owned three Suzukis over the years), but I still like the 954 better (especially in red & black&#33.

Thanks Chain for posting the 1K thread. *Its good to hear a first hand experience, I have yet to ride one. *In fact, the only thing I have to compare to the Blade is an R1, TLR, RC, and a 900RR. *Those are the only other 'bigger' bikes I have taking out for a ride!
