| Topend Turbo-Busa Just thought I would share this with you. Hold on to your hats. Watch the speedo peg at 220 and he still takes it up another 1,000 rpm.
P.S. Have a GREAT video of a guy dressed in black leathers, black bike, no tags, in Stockholm (I think) taking on the cops. Not anything I would recomend but it sure is interesting to watch. I'd upload it but I think it is about 480 meg. Don't think Conq would let me.

| Re: Topend Turbo-Busa I'm sure his speedo is fine...it's hard to gauge speed with onboard cameras like that. The guy in Stockholm(Ghost Rider) is CRAZY...goes 42.6 miles in less then 15 minutes. The dude is weaving in and out of traffic at ridiculous speeds, just missing cars and trucks by a few feet.

While what he does is beyond lawless and is totally foolhardy, I admit to a morbid curiousity about the guy and his bike.
Wild stuff to be sure. |

Did you see the oncoming traffic in the other lanes (the ones going the other way, across the median from the 'busa)? At a closing speed of nearly 300 miles per hour (assuming the other lanes' cagers were doing 70) those cars should have been mere blips, nothing more. |

| Re: Topend Turbo-Busa The speedo was off (maybe disconnected) and I think it was a stock Busa. The owner builds Velocity Racing turbo bikes superkaos.com
He has a couple of other vids on his site showing the turbo bikes. |

| Re: Topend Turbo-Busa There is definitely something up with the speedo. I can tell you from personal experience that the dashes on the road turn into a single flowing line at 200 mph and above. I ran a turbo ZX-11 at a decommissioned B-52 base that had DOT conforming dashes painted on the strip a few years back. It looks quite a bit faster than what's on this video clip . . . |

Almost wouldn't need a recalibration for the gearing changes alone, but certainly would for the inherent factory speedo error.
At any rate, that movie is in my "most wanted" files, and I love it. Whether they altered the reality of speed, or whatever, I think that it is a well done, exciting, squidly-friendly little movie.
OK,

| Re: Topend Turbo-Busa No because 1 down in the front is the same as 2-3 up in the back... So basically they are going the same way and not canceling.

Wild stuff to be sure. | I heard that the original Ghostrider was killed in one of his time trials through town. |
