stegen : hate the little circle headlight. and why would you ever put decals on a all CF body?
| That's a very pretty bike IMO.
As for the projector lamp, I'm sure the guy did it to keep the bike as close to road legal as he could for those days he rides on the street. And a few nicely laid out decals on a carbon body don't hurt. Hell, Ducati paints over the entire carbon body of the 999R. Doesn't make it any less cool. |

| www.parts411.com has them, just do a search for their site with 'Dzus' They are a little salty, like $5 each if memory serves. |

| Re: ok..the GSXR1000 is kewl Naw, those aren't Dzus's, they're just 1/4 turn D-rings. I can't remember the brand I use, but you can get them at any MC parts place. You'll have to drill and rivet your fairings... |

I picked some up (as in lifted) at Laguna last year. It was like picking up a pad of paper. |

| Re: ok..the GSXR1000 is kewl Dzus 1/4 turns rock. Every bike should have them. Takes like 3 min to stripdown the ride to just the tank (and that's one bolt). Hell of a lot easier than the freaking fastener nightmare Honda insists upon (stock). If the next bike does not have them, that's one of the first mods I'm looking into!!
Cool looking machine. Here is another one that I found very sexy.. http://bikestuff.marlinmedia.com/Sec...Duc_999evo.jpg The Big Picture |
