And you're prepared to argue that the Suzuki K5 isn't a "real bike" based on what? It's incredible power? It's light weight and excellent handling? It's color schemes? It's questionable muffler design?
Let's hope you were only pfishing.
P.S. My brother just bought a 2005 Gixxer 600 in black/silver. It's his fourth 600 (Katana, ZX6R, R6); he buys them and sells when he realizes he can't afford the expense...but he loves bikes and has a short memory. Anyway, his new Gix is a really pretty bike! I haven't had a chance to ride it yet (I'd better wait until he gets a few miles on it) - but I'm sure it'll be great. But what's amazing (and infurating, the more I think about it) is that the sales guy supposedly offered the following "advice": "I wouldn't buy the Honda" when asked about the 600RR (which they also sell). Oh, REALLY? based on what? (The same kind of 'logic' as exhibited by "Checkman" in the above post, perhaps?)

| Re: 2006 GSXR 1000 Colours have been released A few years ago Suzuki had that copper colour paint. I liked that best of all. I see GM has it on some trucks now. |

| Re: 2006 GSXR 1000 Colours have been released I love the new K5, it is one helluva impressive ride. If I could afford two and still spoil ny kid, I would be all over a blue/white one. |

| Re: 2006 GSXR 1000 Colours have been released Though I have a Yamaha YZF600R, Honda 929 & 954 I still like the Suzy colours of one or two blues & white probably because of owning one prior to 2000.
