This bike is just TOO much fun!!!

A new bike was added to bwhip's stable today.

It's an '05 DR-Z400SM, that I picked up locally. Only 1,600 miles, FMF exhaust, jetting, etc. It's a kick.

Got a chance to take it for a nice ride in the twisties tonight. What a blast! Just what I was looking for. Fun, flickable, affordable, great handling, controlled slide-able, and without so much power that I'd surely get myself in trouble.

I'm going to have so much fun on this badboy!

Re: This bike is just TOO much fun!!!

I got to test ride one a few weeks ago. I would definitely have one in the stable if I had somewhere to ride like what's shown in your pic.

Congrats on the bike!

It can, but you've got to work the clutch pretty good to get one. No roll-on wheelies with a little less than 40HP, that's for sure. Still a total kick in the pants.

Now tell me just how you are gonna get all these toys, plus phobe in the trailer for the trip to Grattan???

Nice ride, man!

You gotta be a little more careful where you park. Do you know how close you came to dismounting and putting your right foot into nothing but aerospace in the pic?

Oh, yeah truck bed. Good plan. That way you can still put phobe in the trailer and not have to listen to him!

Trust him alone in the trailer with my RC? That'd be like saying, "Hey Phobe, would you mind babysitting my 19 year old daughter?"

I can see it now...phobe will show up with 2 big imprints in his head from where bwhip stuck his head in the chock... Question is, will he use a Canyon Dancer, or just go with soft ties...
