So they certify them by having licensed stunters do a series of 12 o'clocks and burnouts in the parking lot before handing over the keys?

Like any Suzuki dealer I have ever known would be able to give any bike a "thorough inspection" or even know the difference between a thrashed stuntbike and "lightly used" streetbike.

its begining to look pretty clear that every single gixxer is gonna pass this except HD's and Purp's.

Certified Pre-Owned just means that they can certify it has been registered before.

And anything that was reported.. They can wad it up and fix it them selves and you would never know unless it was totalled or reported..

They would need a good source of late-model low-mileage used cruisers. This stuff only works in the car business because of daily rental buybacks and lease returns.
