I have an 06 GSXR600, i've had it for 13 months (no warranty ). It stalls out when i hit a bump and it feels like it's getting worse. I had a powercommander on it, and it was stalling out and throwing the FI light on. I took it to the dealership with the light on and they said it was something to do with an injector... not sure what code it was. So i took the bike back home and took the powercommander off, checked all connections on my battery, ecu, and other wiring harnesses. Now the bike still stalls out (bad) it feels like the engine shuts off for a split second, enough to throw you forward on the bike, but now the bike doesn't throw a code. I dont have the money to put it in a shop and run up a huge bill, so that is my last resort. Has anyone ever dealt with this problem, or have any suggestions? I would really appreciate them...

Sounds like an intermittent short. Since you originally were getting a code that indicated an injector, I'd start there since you may have done something (pinched wire?) when installing the Power Commander.

the problem was the kickstand sensor... I cut the two wires and tied them together... It's never ran better

Always nice when it's a cheap easy fix, just sometimes really hard to chase down.
