de-restricting an lta50

ive just removed all the restrictors and the ffirst pilot jet, now it screams on low end but top end is gone. i can smoothly accelerate until i reach the top end and it just bogs down. if i give it half throttle it screams. full throttle nothing. any ideas?

Have you checked the plug?
Sounds rich to me. I'm not familiar with the carb though but it could also be lean and half throttle is restricting the air flow with the bottom of the slide.
Have you re-jetted it?
Clean the plug and do a plug chop at full throttle and half throttle.
