Help buying a bike

Hey I am new to the whole bike scene, but I have been into cars for quite awhile. I was looking at a few bikes and was wondering if I could have some more experienced people tell me if they look to be good deals and what not.

1991 GSXR 1100
I talked to the guy and he said the front rotor is warped a little bit because there was a small leak so it would need to be replaced. Also, the odometer trip reset is broken. Other than that he said the bike has 29k miles on it and the body is a little bit scratched up but not that bad. Is this a good price for the bike?

cbr f4i 600
For this one the owner says all I would need is windscreen a tachometer and a upper fairing stay and I would be almost back to stock cosmetics. Also, I am fine with all the colors because I would eventually be able to paint everything myself.

Are you looking for a stunt bike?

At least two of those have been stunted and most likely abused. I'd pass. You can find clean bikes out there for 2-3.5k.

Yeah true. I only have at most 2000 to spend. And I will pass on the f4i and the cbr cause they did say they were stunt bikes. What do you think about the 1991 gsxr?
