Re: Chain Tools?

I bought one of the cheap ones off ebay. It works ok, but if I was gonna do it again I'd get something name brand from Motion Pro, RK, etc.

eBay Motors: MOTORCYCLE CHAIN CUTTER & RIVETING TOOL (item 330041082363 end time Oct-26-06 15:08:10 PDT)

Give Dan Bowen @ Street & Comp a call. He'll hook you up with the correct tool.

Re: Chain Tools?

That item off Ebay is a Motion Pro kit. I have the same kit. 39$ is a very good buy for that item. I use a seperate chain breaker tool and just use the chain rivet tool for riveting and chain plate press. If you buy the tools you will have them down the road. In addition, you may never know when a buddy will need the use of this tool. Good long term bang for the buck .
