Original Tools

Hi People

Does anyone know where I can find an original spec tool kit for my CBR 400 RR 1991. There's a space under the pillion seat for what appears to be box or a roll but I haven't managed to locate one as yet. Any help will be appreciated.

Re: Original Tools

You can check with a dealer. I looked at ebay and found this

Honda CBR400 CBR600 R VTR 250 1000 Hornet Tool set OEM.:eBay Motors (item 220495835106 end time Nov-14-09 21:04:43 PST)

Hope this helps.

Re: Original Tools

Thanks for the reply Nomad. Tried local dealers and no one will touch grey imports or stock bits for them. Will keep a close eye on ebay. Cheers and be lucky. : )

Re: Original Tools

A normal tool kit should do the same job as the one you would have had - keep an eye on listings on eBay as there are bound to be a few.

Re: Original Tools

I found mine on Ebay, they pop up from time to time on there and I think I paid under £20 for it.. The best thing about it was having the right size plug socket as it made changing them at service time a doddle..
