Is a wheel balance needed after a rotor change?

I am planning on changing the rotors of my tires.
Do I need to get them re-balanced, since I plan on getting the tires changed first, just in case an accident occurs and the rotor gets damaged.

Thanks.

It is good practice to get the wheel balanced after changing or re fitting the rotors.

I agree. anything like that may affect your balance, if you replace the new rotors the pre-balanced wheels may actually make it worse, than having them not balanced at all.
