Urgent Towing Question

I'm driving down later today from DC to VIR for the California Superbike school tomorrow and planning to tow my CBR1000RR. My local U-haul don't have a motorbike trailer so are planning to give me a 5 x 9 utility trailer instead. I've never towed a bike before and after reading some of the threads, I'm nervous about damaging the bike. Can anyone put my mind at rest, or should I just jump on the bike instead?? Thanks Chris

Re: Urgent Towing Question

That's the way I tow mine. Just make sure you put some chocks on either side of the front wheel to keep it from sliding out sideways as you hit bumps.
