| Suzuki School I just completed the 2 day Suuzuki School hosted by Kevin Schwantz at Road Atlanta.
This is probably one of the coolest things I have ever done in my life. I learned so much there about motorcycling and riding on a track. It is not just a couple track days, there is instruction and you are supposed to apply the instruction to your next session on the track.
The class size is limited to 30, but we only had 14 so we all got to ride together and have more track time and access to all the instructors, Kevin and Lance both rode the whole time. There was a video bike that would ride around and take a lap of footage of you at various times to show your improvement throughout the sessions and days.
This school is for both the raceer and the street rider and is well worth every penny.
The instructors were
Jamie James
Harry Vanderlinden
Michael Martin
Tray Brady
Lance Holst
and Kevin Schwantz.
Opie Caylor and Lee Acree could not make it due to Daytona and the number of students we had |

| Re: Suzuki School Very cool! I've thought about doing this but it seemed a little expensive.... would you say it was worth the cost? Sounds like it was.
Just re-read your post.... saw the part where you say it was worth every penny. Do they teach reading comprehension there?

I see your picture with Schwantz and your Aprilia.. I thought they only allowed Suzis on the track? Is this the $2000 school? |

| Re: Suzuki School I'm jealous! I've been wanting to take his class for sometime. I know several people who've taken it and said it was worth every penny.

| Re: Suzuki School the cost was 1500 with their bike, or 1100 without. you have to use thier bike unless you have a zook that is less than 2 years old.
i used a gsxr600. the pic was just so i could have one with him and my aprilia. I just thought that would be cool. It never saw the track
you could use a sv650s if you wanted.
as far as the cost goes, i definetly think it was worth every penny. lunch both days are included, dinner the first night, and a variety of stuff is given to you - a 100 dollar Motul package, hats, shirts, stickers, etc. |

Couldn't I just lie and say my 600 is a 2003? .
They look the same |

The track bike always has new rubber on it.
I just got this e-mail from KSSS. (I guess my bike is ok) Wow, haven't heard that one before! No, we have not placed an age limit on
personal Suzuki's as long as the personal bike is a Suzuki we are fine!
Look forward to seeing you sometime this year.

The manufacturers like to see you win on their new toys not the old crap. Helps sales I guess. Anyway, you usually have to be riding a newer bike to win any contingency money. |
