Well, Thill is notorious for left side scarring, wear, divots and whatever you want to call it.

I have found lower pressure to be the best bet, running 29 rear max and 30 front max, will go to 28.5 rear. Also good to check your pressure gauge, mine was reading 1.5 pounds low, thus what I thought was 29 was 30.5. When I adjusted accordingly, this year, my tire wear suddenly became MUCH less at Thill. I have been riding the track two plus years and this is the first time tire wear has not been a total PITA.

Worst tires for wear are Pirelli, Metz DOTs. 207/8 GP are better. Slicks are better than DOTs.
