I have attached the following info from the SCS site where we started to put this on.  This will take place at Spring Mtn Park Raceway in Pahrump, NV (about an hour from Vegas). We didn't get enough people signed up from there by this date so we're opening it up to other groups.....for all the info including waiver forms to sign and send in please visit Pahrump sign up info  Let me know if you plan on attending.  Please ask any questions you may have.

Guys we think it would be best to run 2 groups. 40 people total absolute max.

30 min on and 30 min off and the last hour of the day open track.

Here is what we need.

$100, your forum name as well as your real name. Some forms filled out (attached below). We will hold the money. As soon as we get 15 riders I will send the money in and reserve the track. If we don't get 15 riders then I will send the money back to you. Once we reserve the track we will not get our money back if we cancel.

This is more involved than Axel was expecting but he will continue as long as the interest is there. He is going to have to use money out of his own pocket to buy flags, cones, stickers, arm band for the control riders and radios.

After this day we will open the track to other groups. So tell everyone !!!!

June 23
Last day for people on the SCS Forum to reserve a guaranteed spot. The Payment should be postdated no later than this day for a guaranteed spot. After this date, it will be on a first come basis.

July 8
If we do not have at least 15 people that have paid, I will not reserve the track and 100% of your money will be returned. If we do have 15 people prior to this day. I will reserve the track on the day that the 15th payment comes in.

Note: No money back after the track has been reserved . Pahrump track will make no exceptions.


So come out and play with some of your closest friend and while you're there make some new ones.


Approx driving times (according to RC51phreak):
Acctually it's eqaul or even less then what it takes to get to Vegas depending on weather HiPo has patroled the road or not...what you do is just off at the first exit at Baker and you goto the stop sign there is a greek place on the left and an AM/PM on the right make a left on that road and you take it to Shashone and you make a right there and take that road into the South end of Pharump that short cut takes alot of time off it's way outta the way to goto Vegas and over Spring Mountain.....plus you can scooter on that road they only send one patrol up the road a day...and from personal knowlege as long as you under 75 your good to go...I belive it's only an hour from Baker to Pharump as opposed to and hour and a half or more depending on tra#### on the 15......Try Saddle West for a hotel room they are usually the cheapest in town and it's a decent place....try to find a guy named Riley there I belive he's some sorrt manager or something and you might get a decent group rate if there is enough of you...Eat at the bowling alley they have a nice cheap good buffet and stay away from Teribbles in town they change there menu and manager or something and it tastes like #### now......

Lodging Update

Lee talked with the Best Western and if we block off at least 15 rooms we can get a group rate of $50 for a room (per night) with two queen beds. Regular price is $61. That rate would be for Thursday and Friday night (if your inclined to stay over and drive back Saturday morning) but remeber we would need at least 15 rooms booked to get that rate. Breakfast is included and it is a damn good one too! The hotel is pretty new and extremely nice for a Best Western and they have decent lighted parking. As we get closer We'll pass on the info for reserving the rooms.

Looks like some are being swayed by the heat...having a hard time getting people signed up. *I believe we have 15 people that will go if we get at least 5 more for 20 people we'll reserve the track and make it open track all day (with break for lunch).....updated info can be found at the link above...so if you want in on an open track day at Pahrump for $120 with about 20 people, let me know.

Yeah, but I didn't know that since I opted out, that everybody else would too . We'll work something out when it get's a little cooler...like your new fridge vs. your old fridge .
