| VIR this sunday Hope some of you guys can make it out. I haven't really ridden since last season, so I'm extra rusty. + it'll only be my 2nd time at VIR, and first time on a nonmichelin tire in about 6yrs. soooo i've got goose bumps.  Last edited by risc32 : 05-28-2004 at 9:49 PM. | |

| Re: VIR this sunday I know how you feel. I'm packing up the trailer now, I've ridden 136 miles since last November, but anxious to get back out there. I should get there late Sat night. |

As nobody stoped over to say hi I can only imagine......I'll just have to assume cbrBOB was the guy who crashed his unpainted aftermarket bodywork covered 929, when eat dinner at Outback,....Billace your probably the guy on the gsxr1k i let pass me on the brakes into turn 1 only to crash on the exit of the turn, and conqsoft did you almost bump pass me at the oak tree only to run off the track in a latter session?! i swear I must put the mojo on people who pass me. this kind of stuff happens every time! now, really, did you guys make it out? |

| Re: VIR this sunday We had lots of drama. I had the F2 with black bodywork and orange wheels on Sunday. I went out in the 3rd session after getting it running and stopped before turn 1 when I had to shut it down. Blown head gasket. Luckily I brought my 954, It scared the hell out of me when I had a 3 gear wheelie up the front straight, I did 1 session and the rain started so I called it a day. i wa in White group. One of my freinds crashed in Red Group on his Orange/White GSXR750 in the kink before the Oak Tree and ended his weekend. On Monday, I ran my 954 all day, Black/Silver upper, had a pretty good day, everyone in our group stayed upright and in one piece. What group/bike where you riding. I wa with CBR Bob most of the weekend, 3 guys I brought down did Art Basic and Bob taught them well, One of them is an amazing rider that was bumped to Red Group his first day. CBR Bob took a group photo, we'll have to get him to post it. |
