I just faxed in my form for the class yesterday. Signed up for Aug 3. Anybody going to be there, or already taken it and have advice for me. I'm renting leathers from them (Vanson).

Need to drain my antifreeze and go over the bike. Brakes, brake fluid, etc.

I might attend, but I think you mean Aug 2nd don't you? Pull your headlight connector, although supposedly not required, tape your headlight. Some techs make you and others let it slide, go ahead and tape it up (duct tape). Change coolant to water wetter and distilled water. Turn signals are not required to be removed, but I removed my fronts and tape rears. Bring a tire pressure guage. Bring tons of bottled water.

Look up Peter from MotorSports Photo (he'll be in the tech inspection area in the late morning) to get his attention on getting some action shots of you. Purchase prints, jpeg on CD, or have him email them to you. He's pretty good.

Maybe I'll see you there, if I don't sign up in time, I'll drive up anyway.

Depending on how things go I *might* be up there for the endurance race again. Not sure though. Have to see how things go at the AMA races next week and how the cash flow goes afterwards. If I can swing it though then I will be there sometime in the afternoon.
